DR. FLOWERS, DDS

Dr. Flowers grew up in the snowy upper peninsula of Michigan. After high school, he joined the US Army and spent 5 years training and working in various locations from Colorado to Korea and Iraq. After completing his term of service with the US Army, Dr. Flowers spent 4 years working as a Firefighter/EMT with West Pierce Fire and Rescue in Lakewood Washington. Dr. Flowers then resigned his position in the Fire department and attended Washington State University for his Undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Flowers then completed Dental School at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Flowers married his beautiful wife Jeni in 2005 and today they enjoy 3 beautiful children. Dr. Flowers is a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. In his spare time, Dr. Flowers is an avid outdoorsman with a great love for the mountains and all their recreational potential.

DR. NEILSEN, DDS

Dr Nielsen grew up in University Place Washington. He attended Brigham Young University from 1982-1986 where he earned a bachelor's degree in Zoology. Following his undergrad schooling he attended The University of Washington School of Dentistry from 1986 - 1990 and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. Dr Nielsen worked in Fircrest Washington with his father who was a dentist from 1990 - 1997. In 1997 Dr Nielsen purchased a dental practice in Helena, MT and has been there since. Dr Nielsen and Susan have been married since 1984. They have eight children, seven daughters and one son. Four of his daughters are married and they have 13 grandchildren. The Nielsen's are an active outdoor family and love Montana. As a family they love boating, camping, biking, and snow skiing (snowboarding). Dr Nielsen also spends a lot time archery hunting, fishing and playing golf. Dr Nielsen finds dentistry to be a very exciting profession. There have been so many improvements and advancements in dentistry that patients have lots of options today. He loves meeting and working with new people and is excited to be part of Elevation Dental.
